Kevin is a global innovation executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience scaling companies, driving international growth, securing capital, and building strategic partnerships across multiple industries. Known for turning complex challenges into growth inflection points, he has led organizations through major phases of innovation, commercialization, and successful transactions.
He serves as a Venture Board Ambassador with the Harvard HealthLab Accelerator (H2A), mentors emerging founders through Harvard’s Lemann Program, and is an Investigator with the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) supporting high-growth, science-based ventures.
Kevin began his career at MIT spinout Adrenaline Research, playing a key role in global expansion across motorsports and automotive markets, including NASCAR, Formula 1, World Rally, and major automotive OEMs. His leadership helped position the company for acquisition by Woodward, Inc., a Fortune 1000 company.
He later joined a corporate venture and advanced R&D division at Woodward, contributing to energy innovation initiatives. He went on to co-found and privatize VanDyne SuperTurbo, where he secured significant capital and forged partnerships with DARPA, NREL, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Southwest Research Institute, and the U.S. SuperTruck Program.
Kevin is a graduate of the Scale-Up Atlantic program at the University of New Brunswick, where he earned his CEO designation, and has served on national and international boards for more than two decades.
