Dr. Nadine Geddes is a seasoned executive bringing extensive experience in scaling companies. Nadine was a co-founder of Meta Materials Inc. (META®) where she led global operations, human resources, and administration. This provided her with over 15 years of experience in supporting the growth of 10 companies in over 4 countries by implementing actionable strategies, building cross-functional teams, enhancing operational efficiencies, and managing company resources. Her passion for data-driven analysis and stakeholder engagement are vital to building successful short and long-term strategies.
 

​Nadine holds a PhD in Ergonomics from Loughborough University in the UK and did a post-doc at King’s College in London where she managed a three year project for Parkinson’s UK. Her extensive background in mixed-methods research has equipped her with the essential skills needed to work with technology-oriented companies.
